Official Documents

The following official documents can be ordered through MyCreds (digital credential platform) for a fee of $25 + tax per document. They will only be available after your program end date.

Letter of Completion (LOC)

An LOC is the official letter confirming completion of the program, including program name and dates.

• Your first LOC is free of charge and will automatically be sent to the email address we have on file once it becomes available.
• Additional copies will be subject to the applicable fee on MyCreds.

Final Grade Report

This report serves as the official record of your continuing studies grades and is considered equivalent to an academic transcript. It shows grades for each course within a program.

• It will be available for purchase on MyCreds once you have received your initial Letter of Completion (LOC) by email.
• If you are enrolled in more than one program, you will receive only one Final Grade Report.

Immigration Letter

Available only for Full-Time programs, it is a customized Letter with additional details, as requested by IRCC.
