Update Legal Name
Please follow these steps to request an update to your Legal Name on your Student Profile.
Submit Name Change Form
- Browse to the Name Change Form
- Complete all required fields and Submit the form
Name change requests will be processed in 3-7 business days. Changes will be reflected in the Student Portal and other York University systems.
